Patient will be complaining of dyspnea and chest pain
PE will show muffled heart sounds, JVD and hypotension (Beck’s triad), pulsus paradoxus
ECG will show low voltage QRS, electrical alterans
Echocardiography will show diastolic collapse of RV
Treatment is pericardiocentesis
