Given to an individual who exemplifies the ideals of continuous learning and self-improvement, who takes it upon himself or herself to go “one step further” to improve a weakness or accelerate a strength. This individual also has a track record or a plan to apply this knowledge for the betterment of others.

Current CV and essay (suggested 500-1000 words). How will you apply the knowledge and networking gained from REBEL EM and Rebellion in EM to improve your community to provide better patient care?
