My main goal is to help my residents succeed. I try monitor my residents’ progress and identify where I can help. The PD Dash allows me to accomplish this. In one case, I was able to quickly identify a resident’s drop in performance caused by a personal situation of which I was unaware. I could then help him succeed as a person…and a doctor.
